Trading termsWhat is the minimum order?
₴30,000. There is no limit on how many lines make it up — the total can be built from any articles in the price list.
Why are there no prices in the catalogue?
Wholesale pricing depends on volume and how you sell, so we open it in the price list after your enquiry. That keeps our terms with customers rather than competitors.
How many units are in a pack?
Pack multiples vary by line. Your manager confirms them together with the price when the invoice is issued.
How fast will I get my order?
Orders paid before 15:00 are packed and handed to the carrier the same day. After that it's standard Nova Poshta timing: one to two days across Ukraine.
Do you support dropshipping?
Yes. We ship to your customer in your name, with no cards or documents of ours in the box, and export stock levels as a file for your storefront.
What if something arrives faulty?
Photograph it and send it to your manager within 14 days. We replace it in the next delivery or credit the amount — no need to post small items back.
