Trading terms

No hidden rules — everything that affects your landed cost sits in one table.

Minimum order: ₴30,000, with no limit on the number of lines
Who we serve: B2B only: registered businesses. We do not take retail orders
Pack multiples: Whole packs. Pack size is confirmed by your manager with the invoice
Dispatch: Same day when paid before 15:00, otherwise the next working day
Delivery: Nova Poshta, Delivery, freight forwarders, or collection from the warehouse
Payment: Bank transfer for registered businesses; card payment for first orders
Credit terms: Up to 14 days from your fourth paid order
Faulty goods: Replaced or credited within 14 days of delivery
Paperwork: Delivery note, waybill and a supply contract on request

Worth asking your manager about

Bulky lines such as bags and umbrellas are quoted with separate shipping costs.
Single-colour packing starts at 50 packs and takes 10–14 days.
Chains of five or more locations get an individual price list and delivery schedule.
